A collection of boutique hotels in the New Forest recently engaged Hotel Advantage to train and refresh their teams in use of their Front Office system.

Having ascertained training requirements, Hotel Advantage produced a full training manual, branded to the company with step-by-step guides to each process from their live system. Training was delivered within small groups and delegates were able to fully engage in their learning experience, discuss real-life issues and scenarios and take back learning points for their teams.
