Hotel Advantage was created in 2021 with a simple goal in mind - to be a valuable, impactful support to hospitality venues, to be an ambassador for the industry and to provide the kind of resource we would have loved to have in previous hospitality management roles!

My personal career experience spans over 25 years in senior sales, marketing and commercial management roles across major brands, independent hotels, golf resorts and luxury collections. I have led many sales teams to achieve stellar results, trained central sales teams for major brands, re-branded properties and turned businesses from failing to highly profitable through effective sales and marketing strategy, processes and activities. 

Our social media team are on hand to take care of your socials, driving enquiries and promoting your venue to a wider audience.
